Los Sauces

Los Sauces sits in the north-east of La Palma, forming part of the municipality of San Andrés y Sauces. It occupies a green, well-watered stretch of the island where banana plantations and terraced smallholdings give way to the laurel-forested ravines that characterise this side of La Palma. The settlement itself has a quiet, agricultural rhythm, with traditional Canarian houses and small squares typical of the island’s northern towns.
